Attacks On The Security System Information

Security attack, or attacks against the security of information systems, can be seen from the point of the role of computers or computer networks whose function is as an information provider. According to W. Stallings there are several possible attack ( attack ):

interruption: The system becomes corrupted or unavailable. Attacks aimed at etersediaan( availability ) of the system. Examples of attack is " denial of service attack ". Interception: The successful unauthorized access to assets or information. An example of this attack is the interception (wiretapping). 

Modification: The unauthorized access was not only successful, but can also alter (tamper) assets. An example of this attack, among others, is to change the contents of a web site with an adverse pesanpesan web site owner. 

Fabrication: unauthorized party inserts counterfeit objects into the system. Examples of this type of attack is to insert false pesanpesan such as fake e-mail into the computer network
